President of the National Association of Theatre Owners has sent a letter to Harvey Weinstein threatening persecution of the company’s Bully if they do not return to supporting and participating in the MPAA.

Relativity Media, LLC announced today it has forged a multi-year distribution deal with Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment that will cover the marketing and distribution of Relativity’s films on DVD and Blu-ray. Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment will release upcoming titles on Relativity’s schedule including Limitless, Immortals and their untitled Snow White film.
CBS and Netflix announced today that they have signed a non-exclusive two-year licensing agreement to bring select TV shows from CBS’ library to Netflix Instant Play. These offerings will include episodes of such hit series as Medium and Flashpoint. It will also include full seasons of classic, iconic shows such as Frasier, Cheers and Family Ties.

Starz Sells Quarter Equity of Starz Media to Weinstein Company; Anchor Bay Signs Distribution Deal with Weinstein
In a significant strategic partnership within the ever-changing home/digital entertainment market, Starz, LLC has agreed to sell The Weinstein Company (TWC) a 25% stake in Starz Media, LLC, a programming production, home entertainment and international TV distribution company which includes Anchor Bay Entertainment and other TV/home entertainment assets. Separately, Anchor Bay has entered into a multi-year domestic distribution agreement for new theatrical content from TWC and its Dimension Films label.
