Last Friday, it was announced that Alan Ritchson had signed on to play the role of Raphael in the upcoming reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Now, Michael Bay seems to have found the rest of his turtle crew for Ninja Turtles, as Deadline has reported three more have signed on to the film.
Pete Ploszek, Jeremy Howard and Noel Fisher have signed on to round out our heroes in a half-shell. They will play Leonardo, Donatello and Michaelangelo (respectively). The turtles will be brought to the screen as CGI creations, however, they’ll be using motion capture a la Avatar for these guys playing the turtles. Thus, they’ll be there a bit in appearance and will provide the voice.
Ploszek, Howard, Fisher and Ritchson will be joining Megan Fox, as it was announced last month that Michael Bay had brought on Megan Fox to play April O’Neil.
The movie is being directed by Jonathan Liebesman and is dated to hit theaters on June 6, 2014.
