Allegedly being Steven Soderbergh’s last movie, Side Effects is one you won’t want to miss. And now, you’ll have to chance to own the Side Effects DVD or Blu-ray. Universal Studios Home Entertainment has announced a DVD and Blu-ray release date for Soderbergh’s thriller.
The Side Effects DVD and Blu-ray is set to be released this May. More specifically, the movie will hit shelves on May 21st. Can’t wait for the DVD or Blu-ray to release before you see the movie? Universal has announced that the movie will also be available on Digital Download two weeks prior to the Side Effects DVD and Blu-ray release on May 7th.
Side Effects is directed by Steven Soderbergh from a script Scott Z. Burns. The movie stars Rooney Mara, Channing Tatum, Jude Law and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
The Side Effects DVD and Blu-ray will be a bit lacking in the bonus features department. Both the DVD and Blu-ray will include an “Aliza Website Experience”, a behind-the-scenes featurette, as well as commercials for the drugs Ablixa and Intenin from the movie. That’s all in that department, though.

Synopsis:
