‘The Guilt Trip’ Releases on DVD in Time for Mother’s Day

Paramount have announced a Blu-ray and DVD release date for the comedy The Guilt Trip. And lucky you, the DVD is set to release just in time for Mother’s Day. The Guilt Trip, starring Seth Rogen and Barbra Streisand, will release on DVD and Blu-ray on April 30, 2013.

So, The Guilt Trip seems like a suitable movie to share with your mom on her special day. And while the DVD release will only come with the movie, the Blu-ray release will be packed with over an hour of bonus features. These features include an alternate opening and ending, over 10 deleted scenes, a gag reel and more.

Synopsis:

As inventor Andy Brewster (Rogen) is about to embark on a road trip to sell his latest product, he feels compelled to invite his mother, Joyce (Streisand), along for the ride. Across 3,000 miles of adventure and antics both Andy and Joyce discover that while they have their differences, they also have more in common than they ever realized.

The Guilt Trip is directed by Anne Fletcher, from a script by Dan Fogelman. The movie stars Seth Rogen and Barbra Streisand.
