New ‘Harry Potter’ 31-Disc Collection Revealed

Last year, it was announced that Warner Bros was going to stop production on Harry Potter Blu-rays and DVDs. The obvious explanation was that they were setting up for a special box set collection. I figured that would hit this year, but it appears it might be hitting a bit sooner than I expected.

A listing has popped up over at Amazon for a new box set containing all the movies in the franchise, the Harry Potter Wizard Collection. The set weighs in at a whopping 31 discs. This includes a copy of all 8 movies, including the theatrical and extended versions of movies 1 and 2. It also comes with a 2D and 3D version of both parts of Deathly Hallows. There are also 13 discs of special features. Along with that, the set comes with an assortment of collectibles including concept art, a map of Hogwarts and more.

The kicker here: Amazon has the set listed at a whopping $350! That’s a monster price tag on that. I imagine only the most die-hard of Potter fans would be willing to fork over that kind of change. No release date has been given, but they are taking pre-orders. You can check out a video below.

You can pre-order the set HERE if you’re brave enough.
