‘New Years Eve’ Gets a DVD Release Date

New Year’s Eve has a huge ensemble cast and it’s not afraid to flaunt it, as evidenced by the poster. Now Warner Bros Home Video is bringing that huge cast to DVD and Blu-ray. Warner Bros have set the release date for May 1st, 2012.

New Year’s Eve tells the stories of multiple couples and single people who live in New York. The movie shows how their lives intertwine over the course of one day, New Year’s Eve. The movie stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Jessica Biel, Ashton Kutcher, Michelle Pfeiffer, Zac Efron, Halle Berry, Robert De Niro, Cary Elwes, Alyssa Milano and Common (told you it’s a large cast). The movie was directed by Garry Marshall from a script by Katherine Fugate.

The DVD and Blu-ray will come with a gag reel and deleted scenes. There will also be a couple behind-the-scenes features, along with an audio commentary with the director. You can pre-order the movie HERE.
